Insurance Information

Dear Potential Client:

Thank you for considering my services.

Your first consideration in choosing to work with me likely concerns my fees and whether I accept insurance.

My fees are commensurate with insurance reimbursement; however, I am not a provider for any insurance company.

If you have out-of-network benefits, you will be able to recover your payment to me, minus your co-pay.  I provide you with a receipt that includes all the information you need to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  If you do not have out-of-network benefits your payments can be deducted from your taxes as a medical expense.

Because I am not a contracted provider with insurance companies, I am able to ensure your confidentiality.  Because insurance companies require that I provide confidential information in order to authorize services, I have chosen not to belong to insurance panels.  I believe that client confidentiality is the highest value.  As an out-of-network provider I am able to protect your confidentiality.  However, for you to receive reimbursement for my services as an out-of-network provider, please be aware that I must provide your insurance company with a diagnosis code.
